April 1, 2019 - In this episode Lonna talks with Ryan Gillespie about the 100th anniversary of the Owatonna Business Women, she talks with Lindsay Thompson, Executive Director of Younglife about all their program offers to area youth as well as their upcoming fundraiser, finally she talks with Julee Elstad and Wendy Bogen from Rustic Mama’s Boutique about their upcoming show at the Four Season’s Arena. 

May 1, 2019 - In this episode Lonna talks with, Matt Kottke, Owner of Kottke Jewelers about the 100 year history of their store and some events that they have planned for the coming year, she talks to Carter Kuehn, OHS Senior, and finally she talks with Jerry Besser, Owner of Tone Music about the upcoming 11 @ 7 concert series at Central Park.

June 1st, 2019 - In this episode, Lonna talks with Jean McGregor longtime Owatonna Resident, Kizzy Richardson, OHS Senior who is a recent transplant to Owatonna, and finally she talks with Leslea Partridge, Board President of the Harry Wenger Marching Band Festival. 
July 1st, 2019 - In this episode Lonna talks with Dean Kirchner, owner of Kirchner Siding and Windows about their 50 years of business, she talks with Emily Haas, OHS Senior about her history with CHASA and the opportunities swimming and other sports have given her, finally Lonna talks with Glen Meger, owner of Brick-Meger Funeral Home about their upcoming July 4th concert. 

August 1st, 2019 - In this episode Lonna talks with the Rev. Sandy Miller of First Lutheran Church of Hope about their 100th Anniversary, she talks with Annette Duncan, Executive Director of the Exchange Club Center for Family Unity about their program and how it works, finally she talks with Dave Reinhart about the upcoming reunion of the Fabulous Love Handles at the Steele County Fair. 

September 1st, 2019 - In this episode Lonna talks with Dan Jacott, General Manager of the Owatonna Country Club about their 100 year history, she talks with Whitni Minton, Miss South Central Outstanding Teen 2019 about the opportunities pageants have provided her, finally she talks with Deb McDermott of Clover Glen Farms about the Cow Camp offered through Community Education about the heritage of farming. 

January 1st, 2019 - Lonna talks with Tim Lueck with Federated Insurance talks about the history of their company, she talks with Julie Rethemeier with Federated Insurance about the Federated Challenge and finally she talks with Dean Rhoades with Federated Insurance talks about their Drive Safe campaign. 

February 1st, 2019 - In this episode Lonna talks with Julie Schultz about the 100 years of Costa’s Candies and Restaurant, she talks with Nick Staska, OHS Senior recounts their OHS Football Championship season and his goals for this wrestling season, finally Lonna talks with Nancy Ness and Dave Otto about the upcoming Hometown Sampler Concert supporting the Steele County Food Shelf. 

March 1st, 2019 -  In this episode Lonna talks with Rev. Todd Buegler about the 100th Anniversary of Trinity Lutheran Church, she talks with Jessica Hanson and Carol Belmore of the Owatonna Middle School to share about their REACH program and finally she talks with Brandon Sampson of Six Mile Grove, about the Americana Series featured at the SCHS. 
October 1st, 2019 - In this episode Lonna talks with Dan Kubista of Wagner’s Lunch about the long history of their business and building, she talks with Kory Kath the new Principal of the Owatonna High School and finally Dan Bauer of the Catholic Youth Ministry talks about an upcoming fundraiser event. 

November 1st, 2018 - Lonna talks with Linda Escobedo owner of The Kitchen about the history of the restaurant, she talks with Morgan Masche, OHS Senior about the many things she is involved with, and finally she talks with Sandy Jirele with 4H Shop with Santa about the upcoming event. 

December 1st, 2018- Lonna talks with Barry and Erin Gillespie with ERA Gillespie Real Estate about the 70-year history of their local family business, Anisha Zak the Workforce Entry Coordinator talks about the efforts to bring work opportunities to area youth who may not have a post-secondary education plans, and finally she talks with Richard Epp (Santa Clause) about how he got started portraying this legendary character.
